Director appointed to lead new Corporate Finance service

Celebrating their 80th anniversary, Surrey based Roffe Swayne Chartered Accountants are set to build upon their Transaction Services with a new director appointment.

Paul Butler joins Roffe Swayne as Director of Corporate Finance to provide transactional support and financial due diligence. Paul brings with him expertise in supporting businesses through corporate acquisitions, disposals, management buy-outs and funding. He has acted on numerous capital markets transactions including IPOs, further fund raisings and public company acquisitions on both AIM and the Full List.

Transaction Services provide help to business owners and investors ensuring they make the right investment decision to achieve the best value for their business. Roffe Swayne’s Corporate Finance team, led by Mark Leigh, Corporate Finance Partner commented, “We are delighted to welcome Paul Butler to the team.
